MANUAL THERAPIST, PERSONAL TRAINER & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Cara Thompson
Cara helps people feel stronger, move more freely and live with greater confidence. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain or building long-term strength and resilience, she shapes the support around you.
Qualifications
- Chiropractic studies: Five years at AECC University College in Bournemouth; graduated in 2024. Cara is not currently registered with the General Chiropractic Council and does not practise as a chiropractor.
- Personal training: Training through HSDC informs safe, goal-led exercise programmes.
- Sports massage: Earlier HSDC training complements Cara’s hands-on therapy work.
Her approach combines advanced manual therapy, movement training and soft tissue techniques, with Pilates and personalised exercise guidance to help build confidence beyond the treatment room.

MAT AND REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Anna Wazejewski
Anna discovered her passion for Pilates while rehabilitating abdominal separation after the birth of her second son, and never looked back.
Her style is gentle yet strengthening, combining flowing movement with mindful technique to help you build a stronger body and improve mobility. Anna aims to create a space where you can move, breathe and leave each class feeling balanced, energised and strong.
PILATES TEACHER
Em Huckstep
Em is a Pilates teacher with over eight years of experience across yoga, functional movement and Pilates. Her teaching focuses on functional fitness and athletic longevity, helping clients build strength, move with confidence and feel capable in everyday life.
